Everybody knows that a ton of Christmas-themed horror movies exist, and Halloween goes without saying, but what about other holidays? We set out to find every Easter-themed horror movies we could, and so far we’ve come up with the following 22 films – let us know if we’ve missed any in the comments below:
Atrocious

2014’s Beaster Day: Here Comes Peter Cottonthell features giant bunny monster! The creature feature was written & directed by The Snygg Brothers, and stars Jon Arthur, Kristina Beaudouin, and Valerie Bittner.
The Being
1983’s The Being was set during Easter. The creature feature was written & directed by Jackie Kong, and stars Martin Landau, Marianne Gordon, and Bill Osco.

Bless this Child
2000’s supernatural movie Bless this Child is set during Easter. The film was written & directed by Chuck Russell, and stars Kim Basinger, Jimmy Smits, and Holliston Coleman.
Bunnyman
2011’s Bunnyman features a killer who wears a bunny suit. The cannibal slasher was written & directed by Carl Lindbergh, and stars Cheryl Texiera, Matthew Albrecht, and Alaina Agianci.
Bunnyman Massacre
Also featuring a bunny-suited killer, 2014’s Bunnyman Massacre is the sequel to 2010’s Bunnyman. The cannibal slasher was written & directed by Carl Lindbergh, and stars David Scott, Joshua Lang, and Julianne Dowler.
Bunnyman Vengeance
2017’s Bunnyman Vengeance is the third and latest entry in the Bunnyman franchise. The cannibal slasher was written & directed by Carl Lindbergh, and stars Diana Prince, Omari Washington, and Marshal Hilton.
Critters 2: The Main Course
1988’s Critters 2: The Main Course is set during Easter and features a gruesome end to somebody wearing a bunny suit. The alien creature feature sequel was written & directed by Mick Garris, and stars Scott Grimes, Liane Curtis, and Terrence Mann.
Dead Snow
2009’s Dead Snow was also set during Easter. The nazi zombie movie was written & directed by Tommy Wirkola, and stars Jeppe Beck Laursen, Charlotte Frogner, and Jenny Skavlan.
